More than ever, personal time to lessen stress and support the health and balance of our body/mind/immune system continuum is critical.
I am excited about offering a new model for my classes.
You now have 3 options:

Class Description:
Over 20 years ago, I traveled with Luke Chan (Chi-Lel Chi-gong) for first level certification at the Medicine-less Hospital in China, founded by Dr. Pang. It was a 3-week journey with intensive learning and practice. My study and practice of this form of Chigong is the foundation for my classes.
These classes require you to be present in a focused state. We cultivate an awareness of our inner energy and nourish that with the flow of universal chi to activate healing, reduce stress, and cultivate a general sense of well-being and vitality. Sounding practices are an integral part of connecting and building integration in all of our systems.
Stress, injury, emotional and health imbalances can build up over a life time. A chi-gong practice will assist in shifting stagnant or blocked energy patterns.
The Restorative Movement aspect of the class is based on my work as a Teacher of the Alexander Technique and as a professional dancer. Simple movements along with anatomy visualizations provide a deepening into and opening of our physical structure.
Balls, Soft Rolling & Restorative Movement

Class Description:
I incorporate principles of the Melt Method developed by Sue Hitzman. We use an assortment of balls: hard & soft, large & small, along with a softer roller to work with the connective tissue, or fascial system of the body. The connective tissue system surrounds all aspects of the body - including muscles, bones, nerves and organs as it supports, protects and stabilizes. This is a malleable system that is responsive and can adapt to pressure from the props that we use in class.
The Restorative Movement aspect of the class is based on my work as a Teacher of the Alexander Technique and as a professional dancer. Simple movements along with anatomy visualizations provide a deepening into and opening of our physical structure.

1) Softer Roller (as compared to a hard Styrofoam roller)

For IN-person:
1) I will have equipment for your use.
2) You may choose to bring you own mat, either a yoga mat, or a thicker version for more cushioning. The studio does have some yoga mats.

Monthly Membership
Differences:
When you sign-up for a Monthly Membership, you have access to everything (all classes) at all times. Two weekly classes will be uploaded each week. I will be posting other material as well.
When you purchase a Single Class, you may come in-person, virtual or choose a single class in the video library to purchase and practice, for one time.
